So for valentines day I order a nice and colorful Iris and Tulip bouquet for my wife. On Valentines day she calls and says they are beautiful. When I get home and walk in the door I see a dozen red roses, of which one of them is almost dead already. So I explain to her that is not what I ordered.
I call customer service and explain the issue and they will only refund me $14. Hmm I spent over $40. So I didn’t think that was good enough as 2-3 roses were now dead 2 days later. So I write into their customer service department about the entire experience. They write back and pretty much say oops we are sorry.
Not good enough, so I follow up by saying the roses are now all dead (before 7 days) and your customer service is horrible, so I ask for a refund and offer to ship the dead flowers back to them. You know what they said……. I’m sorry we have put a 20% credit on your next purchase.. Oh Great.. That helps out a lot cause I will NOT be buying from them again ever..!!!
Be Aware of what you order and what you get using this company.

Well, that sucks…! I’ve heard a lot of good things about them, and of course I had a good experience!
Your wife really loves you… that’s what I would tell my husband.

I just had a horrible experience with them and they offered me the same thing… a 20% credit towards my next purchase and have an attitude like “you should be lucky you got anything”. The TWO orders were placed for delivery on 12/22 in preparation for a holiday party, neither got delivered until 12/26 (5 days in transit) and I declined delivery because I didn’t want $70 worth of dead flowers. LAME. No offer of refund, not even on shipping – something UPS probably refunded them for since the package got “lost” on the way to me via next day air.
Keep your money and go to your local florist – that’s what I’ll do next time.
