People don't know how to merge, for example. They just stop and then get over when they can, obviously holding up traffic. They also don't use their blinkers. And, people go through red lights. People here are crraazzy drivers. Most of them just aren't paying attention, then you've got the drunk rednecks, the kids who rap themselves around trees 2 weeks after getting their license, and the list goes on and on.
