A Doc Visit
Well the doctor could not get me in yesterday so today was the day. I decided to stay home from work cause the pain is horrible and I have not been sleeping well the last 2 nights. So after doing some checks the doc came back and advised me that I had strep throat. ugh…
So looks like I get to stay home tomorrow as well. Maybe I will have enough energy to actually do something and start getting back on track with my droppers on entrecard. Sorry all..
OK I think it’s time to lay down again..

Strep throat is awful at any age. I think it’s worse though for adults. Feel better soon.

Make sure you consume plenty of clear fluids and gargle with warm salt water 2x a day. Take OTC meds to keep your temp down and if that isn’t working, get into a tepid bath for about 10 minutes.
