Roller Coaster Accident
I was reading through some of my subscribed rss email feeds and ran across Lancerlord’s Site which he talked about a coaster accident at Six Flags Georgia.
After reading the article I wonder why people disregard the warning signs. They are posted for a reason.
So 2 teens decided to jump 2 fences, I repeat 2 fences to get what witness’ say was a hat that he lost during the ride. The Batman coaster was still operating and struck the boy at 50 mph. decapitating him. The other teen was not injured. He was there with his parents and part of the Oakey Spring Baptist Church near Springfield, S.C.
My prayers go out to his family for this tragedy but come on, 2 fences and various signs that say Do Enter…

My heart goes out to the family, but I’ve been asking myself the same thing. At his age he new better than to wear the hat on the ride in the first place if he didn’t want to lose it. I mean come on, they even make you take your shoes off if they think they’re going to come off.
