Does It Really Help
Do diet pills really work for you?
I don’t know, maybe I just don’t get it or want to understand. Does it really help? Are there any people out there that use these pills? Maybe there is a benefit. People talk about Leptovox and other brands of pills to take. I wonder if the reports of findings are really true.
I think I just need to work out more and eat better, I’m sure that would have a great impact. Last Friday I made a good effort and made it to the gym at 630am, yes it was early but not crowded, and got a good workout in. I might just do that tomorrow also and start making that my Saturday morning routine. It’s just hard to get motivated to eat right and workout all the time.
Do any of you have success stories you want to share?

I don’t think those pills would work… The most important thing is just to the gym and work out.. And off course eating more healthier!

Personally I think I’m going to try Meridia next time I visit the doctor. I’ve tried MyAlli, and can tell you that is one you definitely don’t want to try… though nothing about the one you posted.

Pills are to be avoided. The key to weight control is getting into a routine like you pointed out. I go to the gym at the same time on the same days. I eat the same thing at the same time five days a week (economics is a factor). Once the momentum is generated, it becomes easy to stay healthy.
My tip: Eat six smaller (300-500 calories) meals a day. Every 2-3 hours.
