Wii are Excited
Yes Wii finally decided to join the ranks of the Wii owners.
Over the last couple of months here and there we both have had a chance to play some games on it and my wife has enjoyed it every time she has played it. We talked about getting that for our joint Christmas gift but early so we can enjoy it NOW…! So last night we were at our friends house playing some boxing and doing our Wii age, etc. So today I went out on my lunch break and picked up one. I also got the Wii play so we had the extra controller and a few more games. The cow racing looks pretty interesting.
We decided to get it today so we can take it with us to her parents house for thanksgiving. Of course I cannot wait to get some real games, like Call of Duty and Fifa 09 and my wife really wants the Wii fit, but for now we get to explore the games that we have and how it all works and make our little Mii dudes and just have some fun with it.

My kids love super smash bros. For christmas they are getting mario galaxy and mario cart. I find it jsut ok, not fantastic. I’m more of a pc gamer.

Having and playing with Wii is really cool!
I haven’t tried Fifa 09 yet but Call of Duty is really awesome!

@turnip I wish I had a PC worthy of playing the games out today. One day I will get one, so I guess for now my fix is the Wii. My last console was a 1st gen xbox. I guess I can’t sell it now
@bioteck – I hope to rent CoD over our thanksgiving weekend. I think I will be renting a bunch to see what I like before I buy.

My dd has a Wii and I love to play the sports games. That’s all I know and all I want to know
She enjoys the real video games. My older dd who is getting married next year is using her and her fiance’s Mii’s as their cake toppers. So I’d say they are all fans.
