scrapbooking that is. For the longest time I could never figure out the hype about it really. About one year ago our neighbors across the street had a room, somewhat like a home office, set up just for scrapbooking. And come to find out that her mom and her have a business doing scrapbooking retreats. Wow I would have never known.
So a couple weeks ago we were at the wal-mart super center picking up a few things and as we were looking around we ran across the crafts/hobby section. I couldn’t believe just how much stuff wal-mart had. They have tons of stuff, so I can only imagine what a real hobby store would have on the shelf.
Speaking of hobbies, some day I want to finish up a bunch of car models I started on (1/24th scale) and start doing some military and car dioramas.
Do you have any hobbies?

I do have a hobby – it’s scrapbooking! Heh. And yes, scrapbooking is quite a business. I like it though because I feel like I’m doing something purposeful and worthwhile – rather than all our pictures being in a shoebox or on the computer, they are in albums with journaling that explains what the pictures are about and who the people are in the pictures, so someday when we’re gone DD or whomever will still know about our family. And it’s also a lot of fun!
