On the way home from my wife’s college homecoming (it was the 100th) we decided to take a small detour for a couple of hours to visit Turner falls. I have never been there before but have driven past it and seen it from the observation point. Well this day did not disappoint. It was a beautiful day.
Here is one shot of it:

We heard a rattlesnake but never saw it which I think is a good thing. The people behind us coming up the trail did see it and got a picture of it. The boys had fun and so did we. We really didn’t want to leave.
We will have to make some plans to go back up there in the future.

Nice image! Glad to see that things are working out for you, Leslie, and the boys. I enjoyed the picture of you and the boys on your Facebook account.
Glad to see you are doing well as a Dad now!

That is beautiful. I live in the Dallas area, and I am interested to know where this is located. I know that it is in Oklahoma, but where at in OK?

Wow, gorgeous shot. I love going to falls. They are so beautiful and peaceful. I like them even more in the summer when you can play in them!

Nice shot! I do love nature and this shot reminds me of one of my favorite spots to go hiking and such. There’s really nothing like the sound of flowing water.
