What a game it was. Last night the Sooners played a great game against Alabama but in the end Alabama took home the championship of college softball. Congrats to them.

The game started off with a 3 hour rain delay. Which made the game last till 12:30am. Hmmm no wonder why I am so tired today. But the Sooners fought hard but could not get that last run they needed to tie the game and time just ran out on them. Next year they will be wonderful as it is reported that only 1 girl will be leaving graduating so the core of the team will stay intact.

Now for Washington (my home team) they made it to the regionals but got knocked out by Cal 0-2.

Great job Sooners, I cannot wait to see what happens next year.

So I decided after almost one year off to dive back into to World of Warcraft. Wow, I missed so much and I have actually missed playing it. So with this new SoR (scroll of resurrection) I was able to level my 62 warrior toon straight to 80.

So what I did to get back into the familiarity of the game is go to a new server and start some Horde characters. I have never played the horde and since I have started playing again I thought now was a good time to check it out. So I first created a Blood Elf Mage. At first I thought this was a fun toon to play. However, when I got up to about level 15 I started doing some battle grounds and felt like I was just getting my ass handed to me left and right. I do not even know how much damage I was doing. Did not seem like a lot that is for sure. So I changed it up and rolled up an Orc Rogue. Now so far this has been really fun. Last night I hit level 13 and did a few battle grounds with some decent results. My main issue is I am still low level to get some good (blue level) gear and weapons. Over the next couple of nights I do hope to hit 15 and start doing some dungeons.

Game 1 starts right now vs. Alabama.

They are saying this is the first time in a long while that the pac12 is not in the final.

The Sooners did very well in bracket play and watched every game during the super regionals and I think they have what it takes. Win tonight and them tomorrow and become champs over Alabama.

This last week the wife and I have been enjoying watching the NCAA Softball World Series. And now of course our favorite team is still in play and ready for tomorrows semi-final game. Go Sooners!!!

There have been some really good games the last few days. In fact I am watching Oregon against Tennessee. And if Tennessee does not doing something in the next 2 outs, they are done for the year. The winner will play Cal this evening to see who moves on the the other semi-final game vs. Alabama..

Overall we have enjoyed the games. It’s too bad we were not up in Oklahoma City to watch the games since it is so close.
