Fat Burners, Lipovox

Another on the list of many different diet pills, etc. that I have been talking about recently is Lipovox.  Some would ask “does Lipovox work“  Others may not care.

After doing some reading, Lipovox states that it contains 14 ingredients that target weight, skin and complexion.  They say the 14 ingredients are superfoods and they act in different ways to help your life.

Looking through the 14 ingredients I surely could not have this as I have Celiac Disease and this contains buckwheat and barley juice.  Wow I would be so sick.  On the other hand, it states that it is all natural ingredients and does not contain any harmful stimulants.

So here are a few questions for you!

1. Have you tried Lipovox?
2. Would you try it? (It has all natural ingredients)
3. Do you think you would benefit from this?
4. Would you rather use something else?

Do some research and check out all the 14 superfood ingredients!

Losing Weight - With Help

I have talked about this subject a few times on my blog here about working out and losing weight, so today I thought I would chat a little about weight loss pills.

Truthfully I plan on not trying to go down the path of taking diet pills, but a lot of people do and they rave about them.  Some have there favorites and some have ones they don’t work or they didn’t like.  So I thought I would just look up a few of them and list them here and get some peoples opinions.

This one website I found listed these:  Thermolean, Venom Diet Pills, 7-keto DHEA, EphBurn 25 and Hoodia Pure.  Now this website ranked Thermolean as #1 for fat loss and energy.  #2 showed up as Venom Diet Pills (weird name?  snake venom?).  They say it’s an effective fat burner. The 7-Keto…  Well they actually state that if your over 30 consider this one carefully.  Wow..!!!

I’m sure there are tons and tons of pills out on the market and I really dont have time to list them all or talk about them, but I would like or should I say ask, that if you actually use diet pills, to please comment.  I would like to know if they actually worked or not, success or failure.

For now I’m going to start a 2 a week training schedule (that’s all the time I have right now) until my local 24 hour fitness opens up by work, then I plan on going at least 3 times per week on my lunch hour and keep my other 2 days….

Does It Really Help

Do diet pills really work for you?

I don’t know, maybe I just don’t get it or want to understand.  Does it really help?  Are there any people out there that use these pills?  Maybe there is a benefit.  People talk about Leptovox and other brands of pills to take.  I wonder if the reports of findings are really true.

I think I just need to work out more and eat better, I’m sure that would have a great impact.  Last Friday I made a good effort and made it to the gym at 630am, yes it was early but not crowded, and got a good workout in.  I might just do that tomorrow also and start making that my Saturday morning routine.  It’s just hard to get motivated to eat right and workout all the time.

Do any of you have success stories you want to share?

Last Friday Workout

Last Friday (just a few days ago) we decided to start off the holiday right.  We got up about 6:15am.  Yes you read that right, 6:15am and left the house about 6:30am.  Even though it was a holiday, I was happily surprised that there were not more people there.  It was empty (which was nice).

So once we got there I did a little stretch and jumped on the treadmills.  I actually stayed on the treadmill the entire time.  I walked at a good pace for 30 minutes and then a 5 minute cool down walk.  At first I was a little dizzy when I got off of it, but quickly recovered.  It has been a long time since I spent that much time on the treadmill.  Overall it was a great workout even though it was bright and early.  Now I just need to start going consistently.

Home sick today

So while I have been home sick, I like to watch court tv or I guess they call it TRU tv now or something like that.  So today they were having live coverage and playing some past clips of this murder trial that has been going on.  I somewhat remember this happening but with so many events that happen in the US Crime world some things just seem to go away.

So the trial was about Entwistle who killed his wife and his 9-year-old daughter and then fled to England.  According to his lawyers, they tried to say the wife did it in a murder suicide crime.  But the jury didn’t buy that one today as he was found guilty of murder.

Other than that, I’ve actually been pretty bored.  I have had to do some remote work cause it just can’t wait till I get back tomorrow.   I have done some plurks, and played some pogo.com and checked my email, and did a bunch of entrecard drops.  So I think now it’s time I take up a movie that we have recorded and needs to be watched.

But overall I am feeling better now that I have had 24 hours of antibiotics in me and I actually got some sleep last night.

A Doc Visit

Well the doctor could not get me in yesterday so today was the day.  I decided to stay home from work cause the pain is horrible and I have not been sleeping well the last 2 nights.  So after doing some checks the doc came back and advised me that I had strep throat.  ugh…

So looks like I get to stay home tomorrow as well.  Maybe I will have enough energy to actually do something and start getting back on track with my droppers on entrecard.  Sorry all..

OK I think it’s time to lay down again..

Family Health

These last couple of years our family has had it’s share of health issues. Couple of years ago my FIL (Father in-law) thought he might be having a second heart attack and went to get checked out and sure enough he had a minor one. Doctor wasn’t too concerned, but they checked him out more and the next day he had to have a Quadruple bypass. That was scary. I have had some issues, Celiac Disease and high blood pressure. My wife has had some blood pressure issues. My mom just had gastric bypass surgery, and my MIL (Mother in-law) just found out they have a minor slow moving MD issue.

So it’s good that we have insurance that covers these kind of things. I can only imagine some of the costs associated with some of these procedures. If you don’t have good health and you need insurance you should check into it. If I was in NC I would check out North Carolina health insurance.
