With Thanksgiving rapidly approaching that can only mean one thing.. FOOD..!! Yes with a double dose of Holiday foods can attack you from all sides. So you have to watch out. Then the day after Thanksgiving you have to start working out, drop a diet pill, and slow down the eating for a few weeks to catch up before the onslaught of Christmas FOOD..!!!
I’m really looking forward to having some turkey. And it’s only 2 weeks away. The desserts however I’m thankful I cannot eat, cause those really add to your stomach and then you end up in a food coma, LOL..
But I love this time of year and looking forward to seeing some family I haven’t seen in a long time next week, and be able to somewhat have 4 days off.. (I’m always on call)
Are you all ready for the thanksgiving weekend coming up?
I think I better get off my butt and start getting busy, cause the older I get, the harder this will be. Weight loss and working out is what I’m talking about. Just the idea sounds nuts and I’m technically already too busy to fit in 1 hour 4-5 times per week to go to the gym. But on the flip side there is alli, my personal trainer. Hehe, I’m kidding, it’s the weight loss pill. Although I never have tried any, I know a lot do. I still think I’m going to do this the hard old fashion way.. Hard Work and Eating better…
Of course this time of year is difficult with the holidays coming up, but I need to manage my time and get some workouts in.
Do diet pills really work for you?
I don’t know, maybe I just don’t get it or want to understand. Does it really help? Are there any people out there that use these pills? Maybe there is a benefit. People talk about Leptovox and other brands of pills to take. I wonder if the reports of findings are really true.
I think I just need to work out more and eat better, I’m sure that would have a great impact. Last Friday I made a good effort and made it to the gym at 630am, yes it was early but not crowded, and got a good workout in. I might just do that tomorrow also and start making that my Saturday morning routine. It’s just hard to get motivated to eat right and workout all the time.
Do any of you have success stories you want to share?
