Do you ever go to the gym or fitness club when you are on vacation or away for a long weekend?
I’m just curious on what people do. People of all fitness levels usually work out on some type of routine when they are close to home. From the casual workouts types all the way up to the bodybuilding supplements types. Next to my hotel this weekend was a 24hr fitness. So of course I thought about working out, but just shrugged it off and laughed. Probably cause I knew I was really busy with my soccer team and being on the go with 3 games and 18 miles that separated the fields and the hotel. So needless to say I didn’t get to participate in any fitness this weekend.
Last spring I went to Seattle to visit my parents and to be there for my mom’s surgery and they had a 24 hour fitness right down the street and I still didn’t go. So … Do you or would you really workout if you are on vacation or out of town?
But it’s really hard to get into a routine and start working out. Back in January I went at least every Wednesday and got at least 1 hour in. And I occasionally play indoor soccer and coach, so it’s not like I’m just sitting around right? Maybe I need Orovo detox to jump start things.
I really think it’s all about eating right and being diligent in exercise. Yes I know it’s easier said than done. So my goal for the rest of this month (May) is to go at least 3-4 times. That would be a good start for me. I already coach soccer 3 times per week and play soccer at least once, so I think that would be a good start. Now if I can just cut out the Pepsi and the Monster drinks, I bet I would really jump start this..
A couple months ago I decided to join a health club to make a good effort to work out and get in better shape and lose some weight. Sometimes this is tough to do, trust me. You have to make time to go and then you have to have time to actually work out and can be a pain.
Some other people use extra methods to help or contribute to weight loss. They choose to add diet pills to the mix to lose weight faster.
Now they have diet pills for men and women and I’m sure they all vary with price and promise you loads of weight loss. Some examples are Curvelle, Leptitrex, Fenphedra, testoripped and the list goes on and on.
Personally at this time I think I will just stick it out the old fashion way with some sweat and tears and some better eating habits.
