Finally Open

About 1 year ago they announced a 24 hour fitness moving in by my work with an opening date of Fall ‘08.  Yeah I know pretty broad.  So when they finally announced a date (April ‘09).  So I was pretty excited as I decided once it opens 2-3 times per week on my lunch break I will go work out.  I feel if I can get into a routine then it should work out pretty good.

I’m not sure what I will completely do.  They do not have racquetball (bummer) but have basketball, lol – you don’t want to see me play.  I will probably do some cardio and maybe swim some laps..  If I can get into a routine and stay healthy then there will never be a need for diet pills.  Now some people swear by them and if it works for them great!!!

So next Monday or Tuesday will be the start to hopefully a new weekly work out routine and I can start losing weight and feeling great!

Does It Really Help

Do diet pills really work for you?

I don’t know, maybe I just don’t get it or want to understand.  Does it really help?  Are there any people out there that use these pills?  Maybe there is a benefit.  People talk about Leptovox and other brands of pills to take.  I wonder if the reports of findings are really true.

I think I just need to work out more and eat better, I’m sure that would have a great impact.  Last Friday I made a good effort and made it to the gym at 630am, yes it was early but not crowded, and got a good workout in.  I might just do that tomorrow also and start making that my Saturday morning routine.  It’s just hard to get motivated to eat right and workout all the time.
