More and More…

It says it all really.  Everyone where you turn there are more and more diet aids.  They just stand out like there is no tomorrow.  Top Diets, Super Pills, best diet pills, etc. They are in stores, commercials, TV, news papers. Wow just all over. You would think with all this there would some type of peer pressure. hehe. Oh well what can you do right.

It feels like the sun around here lately.  Just more and more.  Lately it’s been really hot here, and usually we don’t see this hot weather till mid july.  They are forecasting a high of 102 tomorrow with a heat index of 105..  Yikes..!  As I type this and its’s roughly 940pm, it’s still 92 out.!!!   Just crazy.  Why did I move here again?  LOL…

Anyone else have something they see over and over again, or more and more…?  I would like to hear about it..

Losing Weight – With Help

I have talked about this subject a few times on my blog here about working out and losing weight, so today I thought I would chat a little about weight loss pills.

Truthfully I plan on not trying to go down the path of taking diet pills, but a lot of people do and they rave about them.  Some have there favorites and some have ones they don’t work or they didn’t like.  So I thought I would just look up a few of them and list them here and get some peoples opinions.

This one website I found listed these:  Thermolean, Venom Diet Pills, 7-keto DHEA, EphBurn 25 and Hoodia Pure.  Now this website ranked Thermolean as #1 for fat loss and energy.  #2 showed up as Venom Diet Pills (weird name?  snake venom?).  They say it’s an effective fat burner. The 7-Keto…  Well they actually state that if your over 30 consider this one carefully.  Wow..!!!

I’m sure there are tons and tons of pills out on the market and I really dont have time to list them all or talk about them, but I would like or should I say ask, that if you actually use diet pills, to please comment.  I would like to know if they actually worked or not, success or failure.

For now I’m going to start a 2 a week training schedule (that’s all the time I have right now) until my local 24 hour fitness opens up by work, then I plan on going at least 3 times per week on my lunch hour and keep my other 2 days….
