Checking in to see if there was any new info about the shooting up in Kent, Washington that was by the Kent Cornucopia Days Festival.
Now the Kent Police are looking into possible gang ties for the shooting. They had another incident where they found another young man shot in the neck in Renton which they think he was shot while trying to retaliate for the earlier shooting.. Just crazy.. Renton is my old home town..!!!
Here is part of the article:
“There were about 20 people, plus 10 to 15 customers in there when the shooting happened, so it was a pretty busy place at that moment,” Kent police spokesman Paul Peterson said.
About two hours later, at 9:40 p.m., an 18-year-old man stumbled into a convenience store parking lot near the Renton Transit Center and collapsed from a gunshot wound to the neck, Renton police said.

He was released on $7,000 bail.. Wow a sex offender and only $7,000 bail ? ? ?
I guess this guy didn’t watch all those dateline shows or something.

Tonight I did a little digging around some of the Memphis area news websites just to check on and see if anything else has been updated. Now I have no way of confirming this but one web site (Los Angeles) did mention that the supervisor and the dispatcher were both fired.
Now 2 other news sites didn’t mention a thing about that and just mentioned that they were still on leave.
I truthfully hope they got fired regardless if he fell asleep and zoned out. He shouldn’t have taken that long to call..

I was checking the Seattle Times this morning and they have updated a story that broke last Monday.
Here is the blurb:
Seattle police Thursday night arrested a suspect they believe was responsible for the slaying of a man whose body was found at a downtown Seattle construction site earlier this week.
The suspect, a man in his 20s, was arrested by Seattle police about 7 p.m. in Federal Way. He was questioned by detectives Thursday evening and was expected to be booked into the King County Jail for investigation of murder, police said.
Police had been investigating a possible link between the victim found at the construction site, in the 900 block of 7th Avenue, and a man who died Tuesday in an explosion at an east Pierce County home. Detectives now say they are confident the man involved in the explosion was not connected to the man found at the construction site.
There really isn’t much more I can say about this. At least they found someone.

What was this guy thinking, oh wait, I guess he wasn’t.
According to the news media, Officer Wyatt was passed out in his MARKED PATROL CAR, (Off Duty of course) at a stoplight at 3:30am last weekend. They are stating this is 9 hours after his shift ended.
He refused a sobriety check and bonded out.
He has been with Fort Worth PD for 5 years.
I just think this is crazy. I couldnt tell if he was wearing his uniform or not, but they stripped his badge and fun while they are investigating..
He has to be hating life right about now!
