I have added or maybe I should say that I installed a Do Follow for Comments plugin so all comments will now be followed.  I hope this might encourage anyone out there who does read my blog to comment once in awhile.

I have also installed the commentluv plugin which will enable you to have a link to your last blog post show up in your comment if you wish to choose that option.

Things have been nuts at work today and with soccer tryouts this week, I haven’t been all there mentally so hopefully I will find some time later tonight to get some posts moving along and get my drops back on entrecard since I haven’t had much time to spend dropping my cards on other people’s blog..

I think the switchover went pretty good and I think the downtime was less than 1 hour.

I have had a couple plugin problems, but I will get that sorted out over the next couple of days.

The Database Import went pretty smoothly and overall I was happy that I didn’t have any issues..
And now that I’m at my new home this site should remain for quite some time..

I think I’ve already got the switch over done…

I will be doing some testing and working some more things out later tonight..

Something I should have done before I really got started on this was get my own host. So in the next few days there might not be any updates, etc. I’m hoping to make the switch by the weekend.

Like other domain name changes “Although I’m keeping my name, tazdog.com” it still has to resolve via DNS.

Sorry about this but after this there should be no more changes…

Right now I’m using a friends shared account to host this blog, and I feel the need to move it. I actually like where this site is being hosted now, but was just wondering what others use that have their own domain names for their hosting needs..

Would anyone care to leave a comment and let me know who you use and if you have had any problems?
